For over half of a decade, they've lived aboard their 65-foot ex-military tugboat, raising their son on the water since day one. To them, boating isn’t just a lifestyle-- it’s their hobby, their passion and ultimately a family tradition.
Jason’s maritime love began in his youth, finding himself at the helm of many boats in his early twenties. His connection to the water only grew stronger through his career as a railroad engineer—an industry rooted in precision and respect for machinery. This experience helped shape his meticulous attention to detail and safety on the water, which he brings to every charter. Taryn, with her nurturing spirit and pursuit of nursing, brings compassion, care, and a love for people to everything they do. Together, Jason and Taryn have built a life centered on the idea of creating a welcoming and safe environment for anyone looking to explore the beauty of Northern California's waters.
